Software for LASSO-ENA

The following repositories contain software used to generate LASSO-ENA and related analyses. Table 9 will be updated as more repositories become available.

ena_forcing	Code to generate SAM initial conditions and large-scale forcing input from ERA5 and MERRA-2 reanalyses
lasso_sam_sbm	Version of the System for Atmospheric Modeling (SAM) used for LASSO-ENA; note branches with settings for various configurations such as lasso_ena_noice and lasso_ena_ice; also contains code to convert SAM binary output to netCDF
plot_trajectories	Plotting code for the enaarmtrajarsclC1.c1 VAP that produces the trajectory plots shown in the browser
stagesam_ena	Code that renames SAM output, adds ARM metadata to the netCDF global attributes, and prepares the samin and samrest tar files for distribution
